This copyright agreement prevails and is binding to the contributing author(s).

All authors who send their manuscripts to the 12th International Conference on Research in Business, Management and Economics and whose articles are published on the conference proceedings retain full copyright of their articles. All the research works published in the ICRBME Conference Proceedings are meeting the Open Access Publishing requirements and can be freely accessed, shared, modified, distributed and used in educational, commercial and non-commercial purposes under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Authors grant ICRBME a license to publish their article and identify ICRBME as the original publisher. They also grant any third party the right to use, distribute, and reproduce the article in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
